Some Ways to Use Essential Oils
It can be confusing to figure out how to use the essential oils. After all they come in a small bottle and it is easy to think they might not last long. A few drops of essential oils can last a long time and in Aromatherapy less is better.
I like to add essential oils to an oil lamp or a diffuser to get the effect I want. Sometimes I just want to purify the air with some lemon, rosemary, eucalyptus or tea tree. Other times I want to add some oils like lavender, bergamot, or chamomile for some relaxing moments, which is great if you want your children to wind down a little bit.
You can also add essential oils to a spritzer bottle and spray in the air to kill off airborne microorganisms.
I wrote down some suggestions on ways to incorporate essential oils into your lives, but don't let it stop you from trying new ways.
