Make Your Own Deodorant With A Few Ingredients

It is very easy to make your own non-toxic deodorant sprays. Commercial deodorants contain harmful ingredients that are devastating to your health. Many contain aluminum that damages the brain, and synthetic estrogen that has been linked to cancer. With a few ingredients like essential oils, witch hazel, herbal infusions, and apple cider vinegar, you can make your own deodorants. Best of all, you can use the ingredients for many other homemade body care products as well.

Here are some quick and easy recipes for deodorant sprays.
